Guilherme (Glem) Dias is the founder and Director of Glem Dias Inc. He is an award winning talent management and diversity strategist. He was the Director of Strategic Talent Management at Pitney Bowes Inc. In this role he had global responsibility for managing the design and development of succession management, high potential leadership development, talent mobility, enterprise performance management and mentoring.
His diverse experience comes from industries such as Investment Banking, Software, Telecommunications Services, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Communications Technologies. He has worked in the US, Canada, India and has done assignments in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. He was also responsible for Succession Management, Executive and high-potential development at Wal-Mart Canada and HR Leader for Morgan Stanley India.
He regularly speaks at leading talent management conferences and is a professional facilitator. He is invited to share his thoughts on talent management in the media. He has been retained by the Schulich Executive Education Centre as a Talent Strategist and guest faculty. He has served on multiple industry committees including the Federal Government of Canada’s External Advisory Committee on Talent Management.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He has completed the Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM). Based on his senior leadership experience, he has been pre-approved by the HRPA for the SHRM Designation (application in progress). Completed Certification Training for providing 360 Feedback and Development Planning Coaching by Personnel; Decisions International (PDI). Trained by the Rowe Partnership to conduct Career Assessment Interviews to assess potential.
